Residential Recovery Program:
A Note to Professionals
We
exist to provide a residential treatment alternative
for chemically dependent adolescents, and provide
them with tools to more effectively cope in society
without drugs or alcohol. We provide recovery
through improvement in the quality of life (i.e.
behavioral, social, educational, emotional, psychological,
mental, spiritual, physical and familial). Some
unique features include: Gender specific treatment,
daily group counseling, evidence based curriculum,
on-grounds school, recovery education, individual
therapy, life skills training, structured daily
schedule, recreational therapy and a clean and
drug free environment.
We are certified as an Alcohol
and Drug Program by the State of California and
Licensed by the State of California Department
of Social Services, Community Care Licensing level
11.
Advent has many referral sources
including, but not limited to, Juvenile Probation,
Social Services, County Mental Health, Department
of Alcohol and Drug Services and Kaiser Hospital.
